Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to share and sell our services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. Although Wix takes reasonable actions to protect your information, you acknowledge that the transmission of information over the internet is inherently insecure, and LOUDwomen Inc. cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the internet.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our organization and its service providers.
We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email and postal mail.
Our Website uses cookies, and a banner is displayed for every new visitor to express affirmative consent to the use of cookies on this site. We use these cookies to improve your user experience, identify registered members, and analyze the performance of our platform. Third-party services, such as Google Analytics or other applications offered through the Wix App Market, may also place cookies or utilize other tracking technologies through Wix´s services. These third-parties may have their own policies regarding how they collect and store information. Wix also uses Stripe, PayPal, and Donorbox as third-party payment providers.

We will not collect personal information from anyone we know to be under 13 years old, unless given consent by the student’s parent or guardian as necessary to provide services requested. Parents or guardians of a student under 13 years old who believe their student's personally identifiable information has been unintentionally disclosed to us should contact us so that we may remove the student's information.
Our Programs and Services
For our programs and services, we may ask you to share additional personal information about your background, experience, and other details that help us improve the quality of our services. We will ask for your consent before sharing any of this information with anyone other than the LOUDwomen CEO's and program leadership.
LOUDwomen Prep, in particular, requests additional personal information about a student in order to craft a personalized consultation and build a profile. The information shared in the Application Profile Form remains confidential between the student, their parent(s) or guardian(s), and the LOUDwomen CEO's (Priya Thelapurath and Anna Dean). LOUDwomen Prep Counselors will only have access to information a student explicitly shares with them (e.g. essay drafts).
If you do not want us to process your data anymore, would like to stop receiving communications, or you would like to: access, correct, amend, or delete any personal information we have about you, you are invited to contact us at loudwomencommunity@gmail.com.
We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
